Health is a dynamic condition resulting from a body's constant adjustment and adaptation in response to stresses and changes in the environment for maintaining an inner equilibrium called homeostasis.

- The most important factors for good health are environment,relations,thoughts,education and genetics( Means you don't have a family disease).
- Food is most important for good health.A health includes a variety of plant based and animal based foods that provides nutrients to your body.And plays and important role in maintaining a good health.
- Daily or routine based exercise is very important if you want a good health.Physical exercise plays role to enhance your physical look.There are many types of exercises like strength,flexibility,muscle building and etc.
- You can do your routine(after six months) based checkup from your family doctor. Believe me this thing will you a lot.If you are unaware of illness then this thing will help you to find it.
- Another important thing to maintain a good health Sleeping.If you sleep late at night and awake at 12 p.m.I suggest you to get rid of this habit.You will become lazy person.If you want a good health then go to bed at sharp night and wake up early in the morning.This thing will help you to maintain a good health.

Physical health.
These both are very important to live a peaceful,long and active life.

Mental Health
Here come our first type.This is all about your mind and your environment you live.A good environment keeps your mind fresh.And ultimately leads you to a perfect and health life.
If you live in an environment which is full depression,problems and other things that distract your mind then how can you keep your mind fresh.So,get rid of this environment.
Mental health is not just the illness of mind. Having a mental illness can cause temporarily or permanently disability of mental functioning.

Yoga is very important to keep mind balance.Just get up early in the morning and do some yoga.Yoga,meditations and things like this play a vital role in mental health maintaining.Yoga is itself a very large topic but if we talk about it shortly then we can say that it is very important.
Early sleeping is also important to maintain good health.This keeps the balance of your mind mechanism.Sleeping late at night leads to imbalance of chemicals which is not good your mental health and obviously for your health.
